Leader

Ray quickly became a recognized leader. Whether it was coaching or leading a faculty, Ray was a master of establishing relationships and inspiring individuals to do greater things than they thought possible and to work together as a team to accomplish formidable tasks. His service to the church included being principal at Milwaukee Lutheran High School, president at Concordia University Irvine, and senior director at Concordia University Education Netwok (CUEnet).
