Ray and Darlene met at Concordia Junior College in St.Paul, Minnesota. They were married in 1962 and had 52 wonderful years together. Ray’s calls took them to eight cities in seven states (and ten homes). In most places they lived, Darlene taught at a Lutheran school–by the end of her career, she had taught every grade level from kindergarten to eighth grade!
